Named the Emma X3, the wheelchair is designed to maximize occupant comfort and safety in outdoor terrain. The 47-inch long wheelbase maximizes stability on uneven terrain. Designed for easy use at the beach, the wheelchair does not sink into the sand and is light enough to float on water. The lightweight aluminum body and large low-pressure tires ensure positive buoyancy and stability at all times. The Emma X3 outdoor mobility wheelchair is designed for use by patients suffering from kyphosis, scoliosis, and other conditions of the spine and pelvis. The specially designed seat is 12.5 inches deep with securing straps. Riders can also rest their legs and feet on comfortable web meshing with a footplate. The beach-ready wheelchair also features an adjustable push handle. The Emma X3 is available in two variants with a small 13-inch wide seat and a standard 17-inch seat. The seat has a 13-inch ground clearance enabling the wheelchair to navigate rocky or sandy ground in complete safety.
